The Problem

A Clear Mission

Saving lives and money in emergency rooms is all about keeping hospitals staffed

This is a story about optimizing “provider pipeline”, shaving process weeks off processing time.

Many hospital groups were saying the same thing:


“...we are getting hundreds of phone calls & emails...

We need a digital solution so we aren't wasting our time....”

OR DIE.

Primary Objective

Take their manual process, and as much digital as possible.

Secondary Objective

Reduce unnecessary communication.

Faster pipeline so providers can start sooner.

Increase portal usage, so we can grow.

Increase process transparency.

Early Obstacles

Stakeholders outside of product didn’t trust us talking to users, but everyone knows it’s a critical step.

Now, its a race against time, and to build trust.

The only way through this is to include them in ALL our calls, so they can start to learn how impactful our work is.
